What You Will Do:
Support equipment readiness: transform machines into customer-ready units by cleaning, detailing, and preparing them for rental. Perform equipment inspections: perform inbound and outbound checks, ensuring equipment is safe, functional, and ready to perform. Ensure quality standards: make sure all outgoing equipment meets high expectations for cleanliness, reliability, and presentation. Equipment coordination: organize and maintain equipment across the yard and facility to support a smooth, fast-paced workflow. Team collaboration: partner with service, sales, and operations to ensure equipment is ready when customers need it. What You Will Need:

Customer service skills: Ability to provide professional, courteous, and helpful service when interacting with customers. Team mindset: enjoy working with others in a hands-on, high-energy environment. Mechanical curiosity: bring basic knowledge or a willingness to learn and grow your skills over time. Effective communication abilities: Clear and concise, written or verbal, whether partnering directly with customers or within our team. Reliability & drive: show up ready to contribute and help a team that keeps things moving. Valid work authorization: Candidates must have valid work authorization and be able to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
