We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused AT&T Account Representative to join our growing team in Kalispell, MT. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and developing valuable experience in wireless sales and customer service . No previous wireless experience is required. We provide paid training to help you learn our products, services, sales process, and customer experience standards. What You'll Do Assist customers with wireless products, services, and account needs Provide friendly and knowledgeable customer service Recommend products and wireless solutions based on customer needs Build relationships with new and existing customers Support daily retail sales goals and team objectives Explain available products, promotions, and service options Maintain a professional and positive customer experience Work alongside your team to achieve individual and store sales goals What We're Looking For Strong communication and people skills Friendly, professional, and dependable Comfortable working directly with customers Motivated to learn and grow within a sales environment Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience is helpful but not required Ability to work a flexible retail schedule Weekend availability is preferred What We Offer $15-$19 per hour + commission and bonuses Weekly pay Paid training Full-time and part-time opportunities Part-time schedules starting at approximately 25 hours per week Employee discounts Performance-based commissions and bonuses Hands-on sales and customer service experience Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive team environment If you're outgoing, motivated, and looking to build experience in wireless sales, retail sales, account management, or customer service , we'd love to hear from you.
