Full-Time Position Summary We are seeking a results-driven Account Management to serve as the primary liaison between our clients and internal operations. This position is critical to ensuring client satisfaction, optimizing service delivery, and supporting the achievement of contractual obligations. The successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, professional communication, the ability to analyze and present performance data effectively, and exceptional Excel skills. Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining a high level of professionalism at all times.
  • Monitor operational performance and ensure that service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) are consistently met.
  • Provide clients with accurate, timely, and comprehensive reports on performance, metrics, and trends.
  • Partner with internal departments—including operations, training, and quality assurance—to address client needs and ensure alignment with contractual objectives.
  • Facilitate and document regular business reviews with clients, highlighting successes, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Identify risks to client satisfaction and work proactively with leadership to implement corrective action plans.
  • Support the onboarding of new client accounts, ensuring a seamless transition and alignment of expectations.
  • Highly organized with strong follow-through and attention to detail Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related discipline (or equivalent professional experience).
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in client services, account management, or coordination within a call center or BPO environment.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate client-ready reports.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM and reporting software experience is an asset. Compensation & Benefits
