The company is committed to delivering high-quality finished goods efficiently and reliably to meet diverse client needs. Overview The Client Manager is the primary point of contact for assigned clients and is responsible for managing the entire client and order lifecycle—from the initial inquiry through production, fulfillment, shipping, delivery, and follow-up. This position works closely with Sales, Art, Production, Purchasing, Shipping, Accounting, and Warehouse teams to make sure orders are accurate, completed on time, and meet client expectations. The Client Manager takes ownership of each account and follows through on issues until they are resolved. Key Responsibilities Manage assigned client accounts and orders from start to finish. Identify potential problems or delays and address them before they impact the client. Communicate order updates, changes, and delays to clients. Resolve client concerns by coordinating with the appropriate departments and following through to completion. Ensure completed orders are properly fulfilled and shipped. Prepare or assist with quotes, pricing, proposals, and order documentation. Maintain accurate client and order information. Build strong, long-term client relationships and identify opportunities for repeat business and account growth. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Experience in customer service, account management, sales, order management, project coordination, or a related field. Strong communication and organizational skills. Excellent attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple clients, orders, and deadlines. Strong problem-solving and follow-through skills. Ability to work effectively with multiple departments. Comfortable learning and using computer systems and software. Preferred Experience Promotional products, apparel, screen printing, embroidery, manufacturing, or e-commerce experience. Business-to-business account management. Experience with ERP, CRM, or order management systems. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and customer-focused.
