Position:

Customer Service & Order Processing Representative Key Responsibilities:

Assist customers in person, over the phone, via email, and fax by processing orders, quotes, and scheduling requests. Accurately input and manage data, ensuring all orders and quotes are processed efficiently. Perform general research and administrative tasks as needed. Provide top-tier customer service to maintain strong relationships with our valued clients.
