is hiring a smart, sharp, enthusiastic, and highly professional Sales Account Manager for our Oceanside, New York office. EZTR is a global document services company assisting attorneys, law firms, businesses, and individuals with international and legal document matters, including apostilles, document authentication, certified translations, background checks, notarization, and obtaining official records worldwide. This is a consultative sales and account-management role focused on warm inbound leads. Sales are conducted primarily over the phone and by email, not face-to-face. There is no cold calling or lead hunting. Responsibilities Manage, follow up with, and convert warm leads Conduct professional client consultations by phone Understand legal, government, and international document requirements Clearly explain services, pricing, timelines, and processes Build strong relationships with clients and referral partners Stay organized and on top of every lead Become an expert in EZTR's global document services Requirements 3-5 years of experience selling professional services Strong phone sales, communication, and account-management skills Smart, confident, highly organized, and detail-oriented Quick learner and genuine people person Able to work effectively under pressure Seeking a stable, long-term position Must work from our Oceanside office Preferred Background or degree in law, legal studies, international relations, or a related field Experience working with attorneys or legal clients Connection to the Jewish community Fluency in a language other than English Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based bonuses No employee benefits Resume to: accounting@ez-tr.com
