Job Description

Responsibilities:

Coordinate and schedule Independent Medical Examinations (IMEs) for personal injury cases. Liaise with medical professionals and experts to secure IME appointments. Manage IME logistics, including travel arrangements and appointment confirmations. Prepare clients for IME appointments, providing necessary documentation and instructions. Compile and organize IME reports. Communicate effectively with attorneys, clients, and medical professionals regarding IME outcomes. Preference for Spanish speaking candidates.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., pre-law, healthcare administration) preferred. Previous experience in a similar role, particularly in personal injury law or healthcare administration, is highly desirable. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
