Known for operational excellence and tailored trade services, the organization is seeking a high-caliber account management executive to oversee a flagship global account relationship. Position Summary The Key Account Manager (KAM) will serve as the primary, high-touch client lead for a major global enterprise account. This role requires a supply chain veteran with deep expertise in both international freight transportation and customs brokerage. The ideal candidate brings a strong history on the 3PL/provider side, exceptional executive-level communication in English and Mandarin, and advanced analytical and reporting capabilities.

Key Responsibilities Enterprise Account Ownership:

Serve as the dedicated strategic and operational liaison for a premier, high-volume global enterprise account.

End-to-End Supply Chain Management:

Oversee cross-functional delivery spanning international customs brokerage, import/export compliance, ocean/air freight forwarding, and domestic transportation.

Client Engagement & Relationship Building:

Manage daily client-facing communication, executive reviews, performance reporting, and strategic alignment with key client stakeholders.

Reporting & Data Analytics:

Utilize advanced Excel modeling, supply chain reporting tools, and AI-driven workflows to track KPIs, analyze logistics metrics, and optimize operations.

Operational Problem Solving:

Partner with internal operations, compliance teams, and overseas offices to resolve supply chain disruptions and maintain peak service levels.

Required Qualifications Industry Experience:

10+ years of progressive supply chain, customs brokerage, and logistics experience strictly on the service provider / 3PL side (not in-house corporate logistics).

Language Skills:

Fully fluent in English and Mandarin with superior written and verbal communication skills tailored for executive presentation.

Domain Expertise:

Comprehensive operational fluency in both customs clearance procedures and global transportation modes.

Technical Skills:

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data modeling, pivot tables, complex reporting) and familiarity with AI tools in business/supply chain applications.

Client-Facing Presence:

Proven track record of managing enterprise-level accounts with high accountability, responsiveness, and executive composure.

Preferred Qualifications Certifications:

Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) or Certified Customs Specialist (CCS) credentials.

Software:

Hands-on experience with customs management systems (e.g., NetCHB).
