This is an entry-level, customer-facing role where you'll assist customers, answer questions, provide service information, and help create a positive experience with AT&T products and services. What a Customer Account Representative Does Interact directly with customers to answer questions and provide information about AT&T products and services. Assist customers with account inquiries, service options, and enrollment processes.
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions based on individual circumstances. Resolve customer concerns professionally while maintaining a positive and helpful attitude. Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and support overall business goals.
