We are seeking a Personal Lines Account Manager for our Findlay, Ohio office with 2 years of experience (preferred) to join our remarkable team of friendly, talented and inspiring people, where you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. The Position The Personal Lines Account Manager will provide exceptional service to customers, producers and co-workers. This positions job duties include knowledge of insurance products available through the agency and for maintaining an assigned book of business, as well as being responsible for customer retention and customer satisfaction. Responsible for providing a high level of support in obtaining, maintaining, expanding and servicing accounts and other revenue-generating activities. Equivalent work experience will be considered. Skills & Competencies Achieve established sales objectives Conduct client and prospect appointments to discuss adequacy of existing & renewing insurance Promote the agency throughout the community through social media and networking opportunities Strong written & oral communication skills Essential to be able to work both independently and within a team environment Service-oriented and able to advocate on behalf of the client Proficient in Microsoft and the ability to learn new industry specific software, as needed. Education & Experience High School Graduate.
