Description MHE Regional Manager UPS Account Job Summary This position provides guidance and serves as a mentor to less experienced MHE mechanics. In addition, this position may interact, inspect, and oversee contractor's work. This position must maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills with all levels of the organization and those at remote locations. This position requires personnel with excellent written record keeping skills. This position requires personnel that are self-motivated willing to work with little or no direct on-site supervision. You must be willing to travel and stay away from home for extended periods of time. This position is subject to overtime, and this position requires a safety conscience behavior at all times. Essential Functions Perform reactive repairs and preventative maintenance on all equipment as designated above.

Must possess the ability to cut weld and fabricate.

Must be able to comprehend mechanical and electrical blueprints.

Must be able to operate safely all equipment associated with the manufacturing and demolition of conveyor systems, including fabrication /welding, and conduit and wiring installation and demolition.

Must be able to troubleshoot, repair, and construct mechanical and electrical systems including compressors, air lines, diverters, cylinders, switches, VFD's , control devices, and systems.

Must be proficient troubleshooting, repairing and installing electrical components with voltages from 12 volts DC to 480 volts AC.

Must be proficient with all aspects of facilities repairs including but not limited to electrical, mechanical, carpentry, plumbing, and concrete repair.

Act as a liaison between LGSTX Services and contractors on maintenance, modifications, and operations of equipment required and do so in keeping with our value of providing excellence in customer service.

Must be able to work flexible schedules, including working all shifts, weekends and some holidays as per our customers production schedules and requirements.

Must provide supervision with written and oral reports within established timelines.

Must demonstrate a professional attitude and look professional at all times.

Must be able to work at elevated heights.

Must be able to lift 65 lbs.

Must inform your direct supervisor immediately of potential delays to schedules and time lines as they occur.

Must possess flexibility with scheduling and tasks.

Must keep all company equipment in the best possible condition.

Be willing to work with other departments, companies, or personnel at any time

Must report all unsafe practices or conditions to your supervisor immediately.

Must look out for others safety and your own safety by applying accepted safety practices both on and off the work site.

Must be willing to demonstrate any of the above items at any time.

Qualifications Required:

High School Diploma or G.E.D.

Must possess and maintain a valid driver's license.

Must pass a required background and drug screen.

Must be able to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, mechanical drawings, and electrical schematics.

Must have at least 5 years of verifiable prior work experience with industrial or commercial maintenance work as a maintenance technician or supervisor.

Must be able to work independently of others.

Must show proficiency of any of the above upon request.

Preferred:

10 years of prior experience working in an environment of industrial or commercial maintenance as a maintenance technician or supervisor.

Two years of formal approved technical training or schooling in industrial or commercial maintenance; to include mechanical, electrical, and Maximo proficient.

Computer skills to include email and Microsoft office products such as Microsoft Office Word and Microsoft Office Excel.
