As an Entry Level Account Representative, educate customers on Verizon plans, devices, promotions, and available service options. Stay informed on the latest Verizon products and technology to confidently answer customer questions. Contribute to individual and Entry Level Account Representative team goals through professional customer engagement and relationship building. Qualifications of the Entry Level Account Representative Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
