Owner Relations Manager Benefits & Compensation Competitive base salary, commensurate with experience Mon - Fri schedule Office location: Myrtle Beach No after-hours or on-call phone coverage required Supportive, team-oriented environment with cross-departmental collaboration Owner Relations Manager Requirements & Qualifications Minimum 2 years in a sales, account management, or related management role Must have Short-Term Rental Management industry experience Strong financial acumen and ability to review revenue/expense statements Previous experience managing client relationships, portfolios, or accounts CRM proficiency (Salesforce or similar required) Ability to pass background and driving record checks Confident and personable with outstanding communication skills Owner Relations Manager Preferred Background & Skills Experience in short-term rental management is required Familiarity with multi-property/account oversight Owner Relations Manager Day-to-Day Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for property owners, overseeing a portfolio of 100-120 properties Build and maintain strong owner relationships with exceptional communication, personal touches, and proactive support Manage onboarding and offboarding of properties, including walkthroughs and documentation Gather owner preferences and details to personalize their experience Conduct monthly outreach to owners, address concerns, and ensure satisfaction Collaborate across internal departments to resolve issues and optimize owner experience Review and assist with monthly financial statements for property owners, ensuring accuracy Maintain organized records, tracking owner communications and property information This owner relations manager role is ideal for relationship-focused professionals who thrive on accountability, organization, and partnership.
