Job Description
RENTAL MANAGER
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to lead our Rental department. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of powersport products, and a track record of delivering outstanding service. The Rental Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our service and parts departments and maintaining our reputation for excellence

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the Rental department, including support staff. Oversee the scheduling of rental appointments and ensure timely completion of all repairs and maintenance tasks. Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship, adhering to manufacturer guidelines and industry best practices. Monitor key performance metrics such as productivity, turnaround time, and customer satisfaction, and implement strategies to drive continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, professionalism, and accountability. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and service, to optimize overall dealership performance and customer experience. Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, trainings and manufacturer updates to continuously improve rental operations. Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on departmental performance, goals, and initiatives.
Qualifications:
Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven ability to lead and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Technical knowledge of heavy machinery including skidsteers, loaders, tractors, excavators. Ability to prioritize tasks, manages multiple priorities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. #hc269290
