Saicedar LLC dba GuruTaxPro in Leander, TX is seeking Accounts Manager(s) to examine, analyze, and interpret accounting records to prepare financial statements, give advice, or audit and evaluate statements prepared by others.

Job responsibilities and duties include:

Managing personal and business/corporate tax returns as well as payroll processing. Leading accounting/tax teams and reviewing income tax returns for complex issues of the individuals prepared by the analyst. Reviewing notice reply statements and supportive documents prepared by the Analyst before delivery. Verifying accuracy of the product and performing quality assurance checks. Ensuring that the tax teams deliver services within Service Level Agreement (SLA). Preparing, examining, or analyzing accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Reviewing accounts for discrepancies and reconciling differences. Establishing tables of accounts and assigning entries to proper accounts. This position supervises the work of 3 other employees, including Assistant Managers, but does NOT involve any management (i.e., hiring, termination, discipline, compensation, or performance reviews).

Minimum requirements:

Master's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) field of study and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in any related position(s) serving as an Accounts Manager or Enrolled Agent. No Travel. No Telecommuting.
