This is an in-person, retail-based role where the Account Representative works face-to-face with walk-in customers throughout the day. Account Representative Key Responsibilities:

Work directly with walk-in customers in a retail setting, with the Account Representative building relationships and creating a positive customer experience every shift. Actively recommend and sell additional products or services based on customer needs. The Account Representative is responsible for identifying opportunities and driving sales, making this a sales-focused role rather than a purely support-based position. Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions, concerns, and feedback during in-store visits. Work closely with the sales team to support new customer onboarding, account development, and overall sales growth. Help customers understand product features, available options, and service benefits while ensuring they receive the full value of their services. Meet individual and team sales targets while maintaining strong customer satisfaction. The Account Representative will be expected to consistently work toward performance goals. Track customer needs and account activity while reporting daily results and relevant customer feedback to the team.

Account Representative Job Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent. Comfortable working on a retail floor and engaging customers in person throughout the day. This Account Representative position is not remote or back-office. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or a commission-based role is preferred but not required. Motivated by performance incentives and comfortable working toward sales targets. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a diverse range of customers. Ability to collaborate effectively with a retail team in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and a willingness to learn and grow as an Account Representative.
