Account Manager Overview:

Manages the service or sale of a portfolio of accounts. Estimates and analyzes records of present and past operations, trends and costs, estimated and realized revenue, administrative commitments, and obligations incurred. Identifies and contacts potential new customers, and handles their individual needs.

Typical Functions:

Develops positive relationships and keeps in contact with clients, answers their questions, and resolves conflicts and provides solutions to issues that arise. Predicts future market trends and develops new sales ideas. Sets and tracks sales account targets, keeping aligned with company objectives. Interprets accounts and records to management. May be responsible for sales budget. May attend trade shows and conferences.

Compensation Details:

The expected rate of pay for this position is $40,000 - $60,000 annually depending on experience. This position is also incentive eligible, based on specific and relevant business metrics.
