• You're valued as a person, not just for your output What You'll Do As an Account Support Specialist, you'll support our customers and sales team with a variety of administrative and service tasks, including: Communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, and in person Providing quotes and helping customers find the right solutions Entering and reviewing customer orders for accuracy Assisting the sales team with daily tasks and internal coordination Working with production and other departments to keep orders on schedule Participating in team meetings and supporting process improvements Assisting with additional administrative duties as needed Staying current on product updates, trends, and design standards.

What We're Looking For Process orders and quotes accurately within our expected 24 hours turnaround. Comfortable with math (fractions, decimals, percentages, basic geometry) Ability to read and interpret customer drawings, templates, and specifications Experience in customer service, sales support, office support, or similar roles Strong verbal and written communication skills Self motivated, organized, results driven, and confident in working independently. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a team mentality that also protects our culture. Strong attention to detail and accuracy Industry knowledge a plus, not required. Work Environment & Physical Demands Regular sitting, standing, walking, reaching, and using hands throughout the day Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, or crouching Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 lbs Visual requirements include close vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus Work hours are Monday

• Friday 7am
• 3pm.
