- You're valued as a person, not just for your output What You'll Do As an Account Support Specialist, you'll support our customers and sales team with a variety of administrative and service tasks, including: Communicating with customers via phone, email, fax, and in person Providing quotes and helping customers find the right solutions Entering and reviewing customer orders for accuracy Assisting the sales team with daily tasks and internal coordination Working with production and other departments to keep orders on schedule Participating in team meetings and supporting process improvements Assisting with additional administrative duties as needed Staying current on product updates, trends, and design standards.
