Nourish your
Properly utilize the SnowCloud rental system to ensure all equipment is correctly checked out and checked in when returned.
Offer every guest the following components- damage waiver, helmets, ski storage/basket check & demo upgrades.
Consistently monitor the guest flow and work with the Lead & Supervisor to expedite the rental process.
Understand and communicate the rental & demo equipment packages and features to ensure the best match for the guests.
Ensure all equipment is returned efficiently and properly in the SnowCloud rental system.
Adjust bindings to fit renters' characteristics.
Work with Rental leads, the Rental Supervisor and the Repair staff to ensure the highest level of equipment maintenance.
Work with supervisor to maintain Rental Shop presentation standards.
Cross-train with the Rental Cashiers, Ski Check/Basket Check & Retail.
Work with Rental Lead and Supervisor to obtain all Binding Manufacturers' Certifications.
Present yourself as a Mountain Resort ambassador by engaging the guests and providing Resort-wide information.
