This is a commission-driven role on one of the busiest Nissan showroom floors in the San Gabriel Valley. If you're a self-starter who thrives on closing deals, building your own book of business, and getting paid for results, we want to talk to you. Fluency in English plus Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese is a plus — our customers are diverse, and you'll need to connect with all of them. What You'll Do

• Greet and engage showroom, phone, and internet customers in English and your second language, uncover their needs, and guide them to the right new or pre-owned Nissan.
• Conduct vehicle walkarounds and test drives, and present features, pricing, and financing options with confidence.
• Negotiate and close deals while delivering a transparent, high-energy customer experience.
• Follow up relentlessly with leads, prospects, and past customers to drive repeat and referral business.
• Hit and exceed monthly unit and gross targets.
• Maintain accurate customer records in our CRM and coordinate with Finance and Service to deliver a smooth handoff.
• Stay current on Nissan models, incentives, and competitor products. What We're Looking For

• Bilingual:

  English plus Spanish, Mandarin, or Cantonese — plus.
• A competitive drive and genuine desire to make money. Top performers here earn well into six figures.
• Sales experience is a plus (auto, retail, phone, or door-to-door), but we will train the right attitude.
• Strong communication, persistence, and a positive, coachable mindset.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including weekends and some evenings.
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM software. Pay & Schedule
• Full-time. Commission with hours as a safety net; your earnings are uncapped and driven by your results.
