Engelbrecht Advertising Are you an organized, detail-oriented communicator who thrives in a fast-paced creative environment? Our full-service advertising agency is looking for a Marketing Account Coordinator to support our Account Executives in managing client relationships, coordinating projects, and ensuring campaigns are delivered with accuracy and impact. We're seeking someone who's proactive, motivated, and ready to learn the ins and outs of marketing and advertising—from creative development to client communication and campaign execution. What You'll Do In this role, you'll take on a variety of responsibilities that support our clients and internal teams, including, but not limited to: Assist Account Executives with research, planning, and coordination of client campaigns Act as a liaison between Account Executives, clients, and internal production teams Draft, edit, and proofread content for radio, TV, digital, and social media campaigns Support the creative development process—brainstorming and contributing campaign ideas Request and manage vendor quotes for printing and promotional products Prepare billing and documentation for Account Executives Maintain organized spreadsheets and project management tools Provide administrative support including answering phones and managing office tasks and supplies Manage and schedule social media content for clients Occasionally deliver materials to local clients or vendors What You Bring Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Arts, or related field (preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and Google Workspace Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines A positive attitude, curiosity, and willingness to take initiative Familiarity with social media management, CMS, and digital marketing tactics are a plus Why Join Our Team Collaborative, creative work environment Opportunities for professional growth and hands-on experience across multiple media channels Work with a wide range of local and regional clients Competitive compensation based on experience
