Role Description The BDC Representative is a full-time, on-site role based at Century West BMW in Los Angeles, CA. This position is responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online inquiries from prospective and current customers, ensuring timely and professional responses. Daily tasks include scheduling sales and service appointments, following up on leads, confirming customer visits, and updating customer information in the CRM system. The BDC Representative collaborates closely with the sales and service teams to support showroom traffic, increase appointments, and enhance overall customer satisfaction.
