Competitive salary based on experience About the Position We are seeking a creative, organized, and results-driven Dental Marketing Coordinator to help grow our practice and strengthen our presence within the community. The ideal candidate understands that dental marketing is about more than posting on social media. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that increase brand awareness, generate new patient leads, strengthen community relationships, and ultimately drive practice growth. Responsibilities Develop and implement comprehensive dental marketing strategies Create and manage social media content across relevant platforms Develop engaging campaigns to attract new patients Manage online presence, including Google Business Profile and online reviews Coordinate digital advertising campaigns and monitor performance Track marketing leads, new patient sources, and campaign results Develop relationships with local businesses, schools, organizations, and community groups Coordinate community outreach and promotional events Assist with patient referral and retention campaigns Create flyers, promotional materials, email campaigns, and other marketing content Coordinate photography, video, and other practice content Monitor competitors and identify new marketing opportunities Work closely with the practice management team to align marketing efforts with practice goals Maintain consistent branding across all marketing channels Analyze marketing results and make recommendations for improvement Qualifications Previous marketing experience required; dental or healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred Strong understanding of social media and digital marketing Excellent written and verbal communication skills Creative mindset with strong attention to detail Comfortable creating engaging content, including photos and videos Experience with Google Business Profile, social media platforms, and digital advertising Strong organizational and project-management skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects Strong understanding of lead generation and conversion Professional, outgoing, and comfortable building community relationships Must be able to demonstrate measurable marketing results We Offer Competitive compensation Monday-Friday schedule Supportive and collaborative team Opportunity to make a significant impact on practice growth Creative freedom and the ability to develop new marketing initiatives Professional growth opportunities Modern dental practice environment Who We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is energetic, creative, proactive, and results-oriented .
