AT&T Representative (Full-Time) Responsibilities Engage directly with customers in person to present AT&T products and services Educate customers on wireless plans, internet services, and promotions Deliver exceptional customer service while building strong relationships Assist customers with new account setup, upgrades, and service options Meet and exceed individual and team sales goals Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and enrollments Represent AT&T professionally in retail and event-based environments What We're Looking For in an AT&T Representative (Full-Time) Strong communicators with a positive, outgoing personality Comfortable working face-to-face with customers Driven, competitive, and goal-oriented Eager to learn and grow in an entry-level role Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment No prior experience required - this is an entry-level position with full training provided.
