This is a hands-on position that combines office administration, customer service, marketing, lead follow-up, social media, and occasional local travel . The ideal candidate is comfortable speaking with people, enjoys using social media, is willing to make phone calls, and can stay organized while managing multiple tasks. Real estate or mortgage experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person . Key Responsibilities Office & Administrative Support Assist with daily office operations for real estate and mortgage activities Answer and return phone calls, emails, and text messages Schedule and confirm client and prospect appointments Maintain calendars and help coordinate meetings, property appointments, and events Prepare, organize, scan, print, and file documents Enter and update information in CRM and other databases Maintain accurate client, prospect, and contact records Follow up on outstanding documents and information Assist with general office organization and administrative tasks Lead Follow-Up & Customer Relations Follow up with new leads by phone, text, and email Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and referral partners Contact past clients and leads for ongoing relationship building Follow up with real estate buyers, sellers, mortgage prospects, and referrals Confirm appointments and help reduce missed appointments Track leads and follow-up activities in the CRM Help identify potential opportunities and make sure no lead is overlooked Provide professional and friendly customer service Social Media & Marketing Assist with managing social media accounts such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube Create and post social media content related to real estate, mortgages, homeownership, and community activities Assist with filming short-form video content, Reels, TikToks, and educational videos Be comfortable helping record video content Take photos and videos of properties, events, community activities, and team members Help create flyers, advertisements, email campaigns, and other marketing materials Help develop creative ideas for social media posts and marketing campaigns Monitor engagement and help maintain a consistent online presence The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who is: Organized, resoursable, and detail-oriented Friendly, outgoing, and comfortable talking to people Professional and dependable Comfortable making phone calls and following up with people Comfortable using social media and technology Creative and interested in creating video content Able to learn new software and CRM systems quickly Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines Comfortable working independently while also being part of a team Willing to occasionally travel locally for business activities Positive, energetic, and willing to take initiative Preferred Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, or office administration Experience with a CRM or database management Social media marketing experience Experience creating video content for Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, or YouTube Strong computer skills Bilingual English/Spanish is a must What We Offer Training and opportunity to learn the real estate Opportunity for professional growth Variety of responsibilities as this is not a typical desk-only office position Opportunity to develop valuable skills in sales, marketing, real estate, and mortgage lending A professional, team-oriented work environment Potential for increased responsibilities and advancement based on performance If you are energetic, organized, resourceble, personable, and enjoy working with people, technology, and social media, we would love to hear from you!
