About the role:

We're looking for a detail-obsessed, organized self-starter to support our product marketing and product management function. This role sits at the intersection of product setup, packaging, vendor coordination, and marketing content creation — ideal for someone who likes variety, moves fast, and wants real ownership early in their career. You'll work with Purchasing, B2B Sales, online marketplaces, graphic design, and marketing departments, so this is a highly cross-functional seat.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up new products in our ERP system with accuracy and completeness Collaborate with our packaging designer to create retail-ready packaging Liaise with vendors/factories to gather product specs, assets, and documentation Support Purchasing and B2B Sales on customer-specific product requests, maintaining organized records throughout Conduct desk research on competitors and market trends to inform product decisions Build and update PowerPoint decks for internal and external presentations Write creative briefs for our in-house graphic design team for marketing collateral Create product spec sheets in

Canva What We're Looking For:

1-2 years of experience in marketing, product management, or a related coordination role (internships count) Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Product Management, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered. Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Strong personal organization — comfortable juggling multiple projects/deadlines without things slipping Confident communicator who can work effectively with people at all levels and across departments Proactive, hands-on, "figure it out" mentality — thrives in a small/mid-size company environment vs. a large corporate structure where roles are narrowly defined Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Canva, Asana, PowerPoint, Excel, and ERP systems (training provided if needed)

Bonus:
