Job Overview River's Edge Properties is seeking an organized and creative Real Estate Marketing Coordinator to support the marketing and promotion of recreational waterfront properties throughout Northern California. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and an interest in real estate marketing, digital media, and property presentation. This position will assist with property marketing campaigns, website content, social media, promotional materials, and communication with prospective buyers and sellers. Responsibilities Coordinate marketing activities for residential, recreational, and waterfront properties. Prepare and update property listings, descriptions, and promotional materials. Assist with creating content for the company website, social media, and email campaigns. Organize property photographs, videos, documents, and other marketing assets. Maintain accurate property information across digital platforms. Assist with preparing marketing materials for new property listings. Research local real estate markets, recreational areas, and relevant property trends. Monitor website and social media activity and maintain content calendars. Assist with email newsletters and promotional campaigns. Coordinate marketing schedules and ensure listing materials are updated on time. Track basic marketing performance and prepare reports. Communicate with agents, clients, photographers, and other business contacts as needed. Help identify opportunities to increase visibility for property listings. Maintain organized records of marketing activities and property information. Perform other marketing and administrative duties as assigned. Requirements Previous experience in real estate, marketing, communications, or a related field preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Comfortable working with websites, social media, email, and digital documents. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Professional communication and customer-service skills. Preferred Skills Experience with real estate marketing or property listings. Familiarity with WordPress or other content management systems. Experience with social media platforms and content scheduling. Basic knowledge of SEO and digital marketing. Familiarity with Canva or similar design tools. Experience working with photography and digital media assets. Interest in Northern California recreation, waterfront properties, or outdoor lifestyle marketing. Pay:

$24.00 - $29.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
