The Wilkes Group is seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and results-driven PR & Influencer Marketing Manager to support the growth of our beauty brand portfolio. This role will manage public relations, influencer and affiliate outreach, events, and brand representation while working closely with our social media and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging and coordinated marketing efforts across channels. Responsibilities Develop and manage ongoing PR outreach, including media pitching, product seeding, press opportunities, and relationship building with editors, writers, creators, and industry contacts. Identify and pitch relevant media opportunities to build awareness and visibility for our brands and products. Recruit, develop, and manage relationships with influencers, creators, and affiliate partners. Coordinate influencer gifting, product seeding, affiliate campaigns, and follow-up. Track PR, influencer, and affiliate performance and use data and analytics to evaluate results and improve future outreach. Represent brands at industry events, conferences, trade shows, retailer events, launches, and other activations as needed. Assist with planning and executing press events, influencer events, brand activations, and other marketing initiatives. Coordinate closely with the Social Media Lead and E-Commerce Lead to ensure continuity across PR, influencer, social, retail, and digital initiatives. Maintain PR calendars, outreach lists, media contacts, influencer databases, campaign reporting, and follow-up schedules. Monitor beauty, retail, social, and cultural trends to identify relevant opportunities for the brands. Provide additional marketing, social media, and brand support as needed. Qualifications Previous experience in public relations, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, communications, or a related marketing role. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to confidently pitch brands and build relationships. Highly personable, proactive, and comfortable conducting outreach and representing brands externally. Genuine interest in beauty, skincare, cosmetics, and emerging consumer trends. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple brands and initiatives simultaneously. Comfortable working with campaign data, analytics, KPIs, and performance reporting to drive decisions. Ability to work collaboratively across social media, e-commerce, sales, and marketing functions. Self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. Availability to attend occasional events, conferences, trade shows, and brand activations, including some travel as needed. Position This position may be structured as either part-time or full-time depending on the candidate's experience and availability. We are looking for someone who is excited to take ownership of PR and influencer relationships while also being willing to jump in and support broader marketing initiatives as the brands grow.

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
