We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant - Sales and Marketing to provide administrative, sales, and marketing support for our community. FT opportunity M-F, with flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend events when required. Hourly wage range $23-$24.25 Primary responsibilities of the role include: Answer phone calls and emails from prospective residents, families, referral sources, and community contacts Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing team, including scheduling appointments, preparing materials, and maintaining calendars Assist with inquiry follow-up, lead tracking, data entry, and database updates Prepare, organize, and maintain sales and marketing records, reports, files, and collateral materials Support community events, tours, mailings, and outreach activities as needed Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, professional first impression of Meadow Ridge Partner with team members to ensure timely communication and excellent customer service throughout the sales process The successful candidate: Minimum one (1) year related administrative, sales support, marketing support, hospitality, or customer service experience Experience in a professional office setting or hospitality environment where strong communication, customer relations, and telephone skills are essential Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and follow-up skills Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of professionalism and accuracy Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, and Excel Comfort learning and using databases, customer relationship management systems, and other sales tracking tools Positive, service-focused approach with the ability to interact effectively with residents, families, visitors, and associates As a community associate at Meadow Ridge, you will have access to a variety of benefits including, but not limited to, the following: 8 holidays & 2 floating holidays Discounted Meal Program Paid Training & Company-provided Uniforms Associate Referral Bonus Program Physical & Mental Health Wellness Programs 401k Retirement Plan with Company Match
