Responsibilities of the Verizon Promotions Assistant Introduce Verizon products and services through personalized, solution-focused conversations. Build lasting customer relationships by delivering exceptional customer service and support. As a Verizon Promotions Assistant, educate customers on Verizon plans, devices, promotions, and available service options. Stay informed on the latest Verizon products and technology to confidently answer customer questions. Contribute to individual and Verizon Promotions Assistant team goals through professional customer engagement and relationship building. Qualifications of the Verizon Promotions Assistant High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Previous experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, sales, or other customer-facing roles is a plus but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow professionally. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Reliable transportation is preferred.
