Full Job Description Hiring:

Event Appointment Booker (ONE event per week, 2 1/2 hours total) We are looking for an energetic, outgoing, and dependable team member to help represent our growing Neuropathy practice at local community dinner events. This position is perfect for someone who enjoys talking with people, creating positive first impressions, and helping others take the next step toward improving their health.

Position:

Event Appointment Booker

• Part-time / Event-Based
• Events are every Tuesday , 4:15 to 6:45pm, location at a rotation of local restaurants Responsibilities
• Intro of the doctor to the group (usually 25). This is short. Also,address the group briefly after the talk. Help schedule new patient appointments at events
• Make prepaid appointment bookings. This is where your strength must be. Handling objections easily and fluidly. If you are the right person, you will be paid well.
• Represent the office with enthusiasm and professionalism
• Set up and takedown displays at events (simple) Compensation Hourly pay of $40 + performance bonuses, therefore, $100 minimum pay + bonuses. This could add up to $125 - $250 potentially for the 2.5 hour event. Ideal Candidate
• Outgoing and confident communicator
• Comfortable speaking with the public
• Sales, customer service, or event experience is a plus
• Positive attitude and reliable transportation
• Organized and self-motivated
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team Great for experienced people who can close for a paid appointment:
