You will join a growing Business Development team in a highly collaborative and upbeat environment.

Job Description:

Handle all internet and phone inquiries in a timely manner scheduling sales appointments Utilize CRM and lead management tools to manage sales inquiry flow and update our sales customer records Follow up with existing and potential sales customers with a goal of maximizing every sales opportunity Achieve targeted sales goals Collaborate with New and Used Sales to ensure an exceptional experience for our customers Participation in fun onsite and offsite events

Qualifications:

Confident and professional phone manner Dedicated, driven individuals with a strong work ethic Must be highly motivated to succeed Excellent organization and follow up skills Call center, sales, and/or collections experience is preferred Previous dealership and Automotive CRM experience is a plus. •All applicants must pass pre-employment testing which includes a background check, clean driving record, and drug testing in order to qualify for employment.
