Responsibilities Assist with the development and execution of sales and marketing initiatives. Support lead generation, follow-up, and relationship-building efforts. Develop and maintain relationships with referral partners, community organizations, and other key contacts. Assist with planning and coordinating marketing, community, and outreach events. Support sales and admissions efforts to generate leads and drive census growth. Participate in community outreach and networking opportunities to increase brand awareness. Assist with marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and community engagement initiatives. Track outreach activities, leads, and follow-ups to support effective sales efforts. Collaborate with the sales, admissions, and operations teams to achieve organizational goals. Identify opportunities to strengthen community presence and generate new business. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications Previous experience in sales, marketing, business development, customer service, or a related field preferred. Skilled experience a plus. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple priorities. Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail. Professional, positive, and team-oriented approach. Healthcare, senior living, or healthcare marketing experience is a plus. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
