Entry Level AT&T Assistant Are you outgoing, motivated, and comfortable meeting new people? Syndicate Sphere Solutions is looking for a friendly and driven Entry Level AT&T Assistant to join our full time team in Lowell, MA and represent AT&T wireless services through direct, face-to-face customer engagement. In this role, you'll speak with customers in assigned local territories, learn about their mobile needs, and introduce AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, and current promotions that may be a good fit. You'll receive hands-on training and ongoing coaching in a full time position, while building valuable experience in sales, customer relations, communication, wireless services, and leadership. What You'll Do As A Full Time Entry Level AT&T Assistant Connect with prospective customers face-to-face in assigned local territories. Introduce customers to AT&T wireless plans, smartphones, mobile services, and current promotions. Ask questions to understand each customer's wireless needs and recommend suitable options. Clearly explain plan features, pricing, device options, promotions, and enrollment requirements. Assist interested customers through the wireless enrollment and account setup process. Answer customer questions and create a friendly, professional experience from start to finish. Maintain accurate customer and sales information. Work toward individual, team, and leadership goals. Build leadership skills by supporting and mentoring new teammates as you grow. Stay informed about current AT&T wireless products, promotions, and service options. Participate in ongoing sales, product, and customer engagement training dedicated for the team. What We're Looking For In Our Entry Level AT&T Assistant Strong communication and people skills. Friendly, confident, and comfortable speaking with new customers. Motivated by goals and interested in developing sales and leadership skills. Dependable, professional, and coachable. Able to work independently while contributing to a team environment, with an eye toward leadership. Comfortable working in an in-person, customer-facing sales role. Available for full time, in-person work. Previous experience in sales, retail, hospitality, customer service, or other people-facing roles is helpful but not required.
