Marketing & Sales Coordinator Studio 78 Platinum Design Alexandria, Minnesota Part-Time with Growth Potential Approximately 20 Hours/Week $25•35/Hour In-Office Position Position Overview Studio 78 is seeking an experienced Marketing & Sales Coordinator to help strengthen marketing efforts, support business development, and keep marketing and sales initiatives moving forward. This is a hands-on position for someone who is organized, self-directed, a strong communicator, comfortable with technology, and able to turn ideas and plans into completed work. The successful candidate will work closely with the President and Studio 78 team to coordinate marketing activities, support sales efforts, and help identify new opportunities for growth.
Primary Responsibilities:
Marketing Coordination & Execution Coordinate and maintain Studio 78's marketing calendar. Schedule and publish social media content. Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters, website content, and blog updates. Coordinate graphics, photography, case studies, testimonials, and other marketing materials with the design team. Assist with campaigns, presentations, landing pages, direct mail, digital advertising, and promotional materials. Help monitor marketing activity and ensure approved initiatives are completed on schedule. Sales & Business Development Support Research prospective clients, industries, associations, trade shows, referral partners, and strategic opportunities. Maintain prospect and sales information within CRM and project management systems. Assist with sales presentations, proposals, demonstrations, prospect outreach, and follow-up. Help ensure sales opportunities continue moving forward and important follow-up is completed. As knowledge of Studio 78 grows, participate in sales calls, presentations, trade shows, networking events, and other business development activities. Marketing & Sales Project Coordination Track assignments, deadlines, follow-up, and next steps for marketing and sales initiatives. Coordinate needed information and materials with management, designers, clients, vendors, and other team members. Identify missing information, delayed work, or other items requiring follow-up. Take ownership of assigned responsibilities and help carry projects through to completion. AI & Technology Studio 78 uses modern technology, including AI-assisted tools, to support marketing, sales, research, content development, organization, and workflow. You do not need to be an AI expert, but you should be comfortable learning and responsibly using tools such as ChatGPT and other AI-assisted marketing and productivity platforms. Qualifications A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Advertising, or a related field is highly preferred. Equivalent professional education and experience may be considered. Three or more years of relevant professional experience in marketing, communications, sales support, business development, or project coordination is preferred. Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and professional communication skills. Experience with social media, email marketing, CRM software, and website content management. Working knowledge of Microsoft 365. Familiarity with Canva and/or Adobe Creative Cloud is preferred. Strong organization, attention to detail, initiative, and follow-through. Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and learn new technology. Schedule & Compensation This is an in-office position at Studio 78 in Alexandria, Minnesota. The position will initially be approximately 20 hours per week, with strong potential for additional hours and increased responsibility as the position develops and the company grows. Compensation is $25•35 per hour, commensurate with education, professional experience, skills, and qualifications.
