JOB SUMMARY
With direction from the Marketing Director, the Internal Marketing Coordinator is responsible for the creation of internal marketing collateral, management of company promotional inventory and development of various marketing assets including photography and some video, as well as other general marketing activities.
ESSENTIAL MARKETING DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Design internal marketing communications and collateral including message center slides, presentations, templates, flyers, emails, newsletters, digital media, etc. Manage inventory and stocking of promotional items and coordinate online company promo store activities. Serve as the designated corporate photographer for events, activities, documentation and marketing assets. Develop and maintain a robust library of photography to be used across all marketing channels. Develop social posts depicting cultural events and activities for our brands. Design materials for print, digital and some video. Utilize data hygiene best practices to monitor and maintain data quality and compliance within the marketing and sales databases Assist in trade show and event coordination. Travel to and participation in such events is required on occasion. Support other marketing, product management or product development initiatives as needed; this support may directly or indirectly benefit Product Management, R&D, or INSITE business functions. Nurture, protect and enhance Douglas' corporate image and brand Respond with flexibility to the needs of the business - both internally and externally - by addressing important corporate initiatives when requested by management

Strong verbal and written communication skills Dedicated professional with strong organizational skills Ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines Self-motivated, confident, energetic and creative Collaborative and effective as a team player Highly proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Creative Suite Strong attention to detail
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
BA/BS in Business, Marketing, or industry applicable field with at least 1-2 years of support and process execution in a marketing communication environment or equivalent education/experience.
