$38,000-$41,600 per year, commensurate with experience Grow Your Career in Marketing Dirks Heavy Contractors is seeking an organized, motivated, and tech-savvy Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team in Butler, Missouri. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to build a career in marketing. We are not necessarily looking for a seasoned marketing professional. The right candidate could be a recent college graduate, someone transitioning from another career, or someone returning to the workforce. We are most interested in someone with strong communication and organizational skills, technology aptitude, curiosity, and the ability to learn. 1 year of CRM experience is required. Responsibilities Assist with digital and traditional marketing campaigns Create and schedule social media content Support email marketing and track campaign performance Maintain marketing calendars and coordinate projects and deadlines Coordinate with designers, copywriters, vendors, and other partners Assist with events, conferences, and marketing materials Manage conference inventory, promotional items, and shipments Run scheduled Microsoft Teams webinars Coordinate with Sales leadership regarding marketing updates and campaign calendars Communicate marketing needs and project updates to leadership Source and organize partner co-created content for publication Assist with additional marketing projects as the company grows

What We're Looking For Required:

Experience using a CRM system — the specific platform is not important Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organization and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Comfort learning new software and technology Strong problem-solving skills and initiative Familiarity with social media and basic content creation Experience with a project management system Proficiency with Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace AI & Technology Experience We are interested in candidates who are comfortable using and learning technology. Please be prepared to discuss what AI tools you have used and how you have used them , whether professionally or personally. You do not need to be an AI expert. We are looking for someone who is curious, willing to learn, and comfortable finding ways to use technology to work more effectively.
