Marketing & Operations Coordinator Part-time | Hybrid | Creve Coeur, Missouri About Sara Patino Jewelry Sara Patino Jewelry is a growing, founder-led jewelry brand known for nature-inspired designs and innovative reversible jewelry. SPJ is sold through our website, premium boutiques nationwide and in-person events. We are looking for a creative and dependable Marketing & Operations Coordinator to work closely with founder and designer Sara Patino. About the Role This role combines marketing, content, customer engagement, events and hands-on business operations. The ideal candidate is equally comfortable writing a thoughtful caption, helping with an Instagram Live, speaking with customers at an event, following up with wholesale accounts and packing orders accurately in the studio. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, good marketing instincts, sound judgment and the desire to grow with the brand. Responsibilities Create, write, edit and repurpose content for Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, including captions, emails and short-form video Respond to routine customer service inquiries Support Instagram and Facebook Lives Manage routine SPJ Partnership outreach, onboarding and tracking, and support wholesale account follow-up Attend local events and assist with setup, sales, customer follow-up and inventory Make routine Shopify updates and help maintain an excellent online customer experience Pack and ship website and wholesale orders and process returns and exchanges Inspect and manage jewelry inventory and packaging supplies Maintain an organized studio and help document SOPs for recurring processes Who You Are Creative, reliable, organized and proactive A strong writer and confident verbal communicator Warm, professional and comfortable meeting new people Comfortable appearing on camera or interested in developing that skill Familiar with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and short-form content Comfortable creating content and learning Canva, basic video editing and ecommerce tools Comfortable using AI tools to expedite writing, research and organization while maintaining a thoughtful brand voice Capable of managing priorities within limited weekly hours Willing to move between creative projects and hands-on operational work Genuinely interested in jewelry, styling and fashion Experience Approximately one to five years of relevant experience in marketing, content creation, retail, events, partnerships, communications or community engagement is preferred. Relevant experience may come from employment, internships, freelance work, personal content creation, retail or community involvement. A degree in marketing, communications or a related field is a plus, but not required. Experience with Canva, Meta Business Suite, Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Drive or video-editing tools is helpful. Schedule This is a part-time, hybrid position based in St. Louis. Typical weeks are expected to average approximately 5 to 20 hours, with possible additional hours during events, launches and peak holiday periods. Regular in-studio work is required. Some evening and weekend availability is required for events during peak seasons. Growth Opportunity This position is intended to grow with the right person.
