Job Description
Job Summary Align Design & Creative Team is looking for a creative, organized, marketing-minded person to join our team! We're a new, small, locally owned creative agency based in Graham, NC, and much of what we do is centered around helping other small businesses grow, connect with their communities, and build brands that feel like them. We're looking for someone local who knows and loves our area and understands the people, businesses, and communities that make it special. Our ideal candidate has experience with: Content creation + social media Account and client management Marketing strategy + execution Basic graphic design Creating and managing content for multiple brands Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud is strongly preferred, along with a background in marketing, communications, design, or creative services. More than anything, we're looking for someone who is creative, dependable, organized, comfortable working directly with clients, and excited to be part of a small team doing big things for local businesses.
