Community Engagement & Events:

Plan and execute engaging and meaningful events in Monroe, Matthews and surrounding areas.

Patient Relations:

Address patient inquiries and actively engage with the community both online and in person to foster a positive practice image.

Collaboration & Innovation:

Partner with the team to develop creative marketing strategies and improve the patient experience. Bring fresh ideas for promotions, social media content, and office efficiency enhancements.

Preferred Experience:

Strong background in working with local businesses, organizations and groups Proficiency in social media management and basic graphic design tools. Excellent communication skills, both online and in person. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
