Community Outreach & Marketing Representative Happy Home Adult Day Care Fairview, NJ Job Details Full-time From $30 an hour 1 hour ago Benefits Travel reimbursement Qualifications Field marketing Spanish Prospecting Market development strategies Marketing Full Job Description Overview Happy Home Adult Medical Day Care is seeking an outgoing, motivated, and results-driven Bilingual Spanish Community Outreach & Marketing Representative to expand our presence within Spanish-speaking communities throughout Northern New Jersey. The primary responsibility of this position is new client acquisition. The successful candidate will be expected to independently identify, develop, and utilize their own community connections, referral sources, and outreach strategies to generate qualified prospective clients and new enrollments. This is not a position where leads, referral lists, or a pre-developed outreach network will be provided. We are looking for someone who can bring their own knowledge of the community, relationships, ideas, and methods for reaching Spanish-speaking seniors and families who may benefit from Adult Medical Day Care services. Responsibilities Generate new client referrals and enrollments for the Adult Medical Day Care. Independently develop and maintain referral sources within Spanish-speaking communities. Bring and develop your own community connections, relationships, and outreach opportunities. Identify new organizations, locations, events, and community channels where prospective clients can be reached. Create and implement your own field marketing and grassroots outreach strategies. Establish relationships with senior communities, physicians, medical offices, social workers, case managers, home care agencies, churches, pharmacies, community organizations, local businesses, and other potential referral sources. Conduct in-person outreach throughout Spanish-speaking communities in Northern New Jersey. Attend community events, health fairs, senior events, church programs, and other appropriate outreach opportunities. Meet with prospective clients and their families and introduce Happy Home's services. Identify prospective clients who may qualify for Adult Medical Day Care services through Medicaid/NJ FamilyCare. Follow prospective clients from initial contact through tour, eligibility/enrollment coordination, and admission. Maintain consistent communication with referral sources to develop repeat referrals. Track leads, referral sources, follow-ups, tours, pending admissions, and completed enrollments. Regularly report marketing activity and results to management.
