Ottomanson Inc. is looking for a motivated, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team in-house. This position will work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer service teams and is ideal for someone who is comfortable handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include:

Assisting with day-to-day marketing activities and promotions Preparing and updating sales materials, price lists, specials, and customer communications Entering and maintaining sales orders, customer information, pricing, and other data Updating customer and sales databases accurately Assisting the sales team with reports, follow-ups, and account information Communicating with customers by phone, email, and text Handling customer service questions, order updates, and basic issue resolution Following up with customers regarding orders, deliveries, and open matters Helping coordinate between sales, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service Maintaining organized records and ensuring information is entered correctly and on time Assisting with social media, product promotions, and other marketing projects as needed We are looking for someone who is: Extremely organized and detail-oriented Comfortable working with computers and entering data accurately Strong in written and verbal communication Professional and confident when speaking with customers Able to multitask and follow through without constant supervision Comfortable working in a busy, changing environment Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and general office software Experience in sales support, customer service, marketing, furniture, or wholesale distribution is a plus This is an
