The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, responding to inquiries, and helping to develop new business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, be able to multitask, and have a passion for helping customers. The Business Development Center Representative will also be responsible for following up with customers and ensuring that their needs are met in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

Assist customers with inquiries and complaints in a professional manner. Provide accurate and timely information to customers. Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Maintain customer records and update customer information in the system. Generate leads for the sales team. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products and services.
