Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide excellent guest services throughout their visit Assist with lane assignments, shoe rentals, and scoring to ensure smooth gameplay Manage cash handling and process transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately Maintain safety protocols by monitoring the premises, preventing accidents, and responding to emergencies with first aid or CPR when necessary Support event management by setting up birthday parties, tournaments, or special events, ensuring all activities run seamlessly Handle conflicts or disputes professionally, promoting a positive environment for all guests Perform manual handling tasks such as lifting bowling balls, shoes, or equipment safely and efficiently Skills Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor Experience in events management or coordinating group activities is highly desirable Strong conflict management abilities to resolve guest issues calmly and effectively Knowledge of safety protocols, including first aid and CPR certification, is a bonus.
