Duties Engage in outside sales activities by visiting potential clients and conducting product demonstrations to showcase our offerings effectively. Manage existing accounts by providing exceptional customer service, upselling products, and ensuring client satisfaction. Maintain the storefront 1 day weekly in a sales role and market to referral sources 3 half-days weekly. Requirements Excellent communication skills for product demos, customer interactions, and team collaboration. Demonstrated ability in business development, cold calling, and direct sales strategies to grow market share. Analytical skills to assess market data, customer needs, and sales performance metrics. Experience in retail sales or inside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
