The Heart of the Guest Experience Our Guest Relations Coordinators (GRCs) are the heartbeat of Gervais. This is not just answering phones or booking appointments. It's about: Cultivating meaningful guest relationships Leading with compassion and professionalism Supporting stylists and spa providers Creating seamless, elevated guest experiences Maintaining calm, organized energy in a fast-paced environment This is a multi-faceted role with real opportunities for personal and professional growth.
