Job Description

Are you a creative, compassionate, and motivated marketing professional who enjoys connecting people with services that truly make a difference? Briarwood Personal Care Home is looking for a Marketing Professional to help promote our personal care home and build strong relationships with families, healthcare professionals, community organizations, and referral partners.

Compensation:

Competitive base salary plus a commission-based compensation structure, with the majority of earnings coming from commission.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective marketing strategies Build relationships with referral sources and community partners Promote our personal care home through social media, networking, going to hospitals, etc and community outreach Generate qualified leads and help increase occupancy Schedule, and take families on tours of the facility Represent our home professionally and communicate our services with warmth and integrity

We're Looking For Someone Who:

Has experience in marketing, healthcare, senior care, or a related field Is outgoing, professional, and personable Has excellent communication and networking skills Is self-motivated and results-oriented Understands the importance of compassion and trust when working with families

Pay:

$16.50 - $22.00 per hour
