Key Responsibilities Community Outreach & Events Attend and represent Sacred Smiles at community events, schools, daycares, churches, and local organizations Build relationships with families, business owners, and community leaders Coordinate and assist with in-office events, outreach programs, and community partnerships Collect contact information and help bring new patients into the practice Serve as a warm, professional ambassador for the Sacred Smiles brand Marketing & Brand Support Assist with social media content (photos, short videos, event posts, stories) Work alongside our marketing company on campaigns (mailers, Google Ads, website updates) Help execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and community initiatives Track outreach efforts and provide feedback on what's working Practice Integration Have dental knowledge and services so you can confidently educate the public Communicate consistently with the office team to align outreach with scheduling and growth goals Support patient referral initiatives and community follow-ups Who We're Looking For This role is perfect for someone who is: Extremely personable, friendly, and confident talking to strangers Professional, reliable, and well-spoken Organized and self-motivated Comfortable being on camera and using social media Passionate about helping people and serving the community Aligned with a faith-based, values-driven environment (you do not need to preach, but you must respect the culture) Qualifications Previous experience in marketing, community outreach, sales, events, or hospitality is a plus (not required) Strong communication skills (in-person, phone, and written) Basic comfort with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) Reliable transportation (this role requires travel to local events) Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends for events Important note: There will be training as an assistant and front office for a few months until dental knowledge is grasped which will be at an hourly rate
