Tell the Truth Early You raise issues and hard news early. Silence isn't loyalty here. Pursue Excellence You bring craftsmanship, pride, and continuous improvement to your work. Take Ownership You follow through and execute without waiting for perfect conditions. Build Trust You treat people with respect, keep commitments, and protect the standard. This Is a Selection Process, Not an Interview Filling this role isn't a transaction - it's a selection. We're not screening for someone who can do the job; we're choosing someone who is genuinely the right person to carry the standard forward: a true culture and customer-experience fit with an intrinsic drive to excellence, not just the right resume. What That Means for You Expect a deliberate, unhurried process - structured conversations built around the five Employee Excellence pillars above, more than one perspective in the room, and real questions about how you've shown ownership, told the truth early, and pursued excellence when no one was watching.
